I think you guys have missed the point, I'm happy to pay them.. so far I use ios App on 2 iphones Google chrome extension Windows Desktop App Android app (for accountant).... $5/month is a complete bargain compared to the development cost of that...

me too, exactly the same situation. Infact, I also use it to share passwords with the accountant etc. You can get a fixed fee product. However, think about the business model.... I want my passwords to be safe forever.... so therefor I should pay for the upkeep of that. one off cost model... I want my passwords to be safe today... pay today... hope forever that there is never a problem!

I agree with most of your comments. I too was/am a Windows fanboy. I gave in and moved over to Apple (simply for security reasons over android). Even 2 years later my work colleagues are fed up of me saying... but in Windows Phone I could do this and it was better... but at least the apps work well and I can see how much money I don't have in my current account.... due to buying an iPhone :laugh:

And the password to my email account is 'password' right? Email is not secure though. I think pretty much anyone can read emails flying around the Internet, and anyone I know with imap or pop access don't use ssl as default, which is crazy.

Camtasia all the way. Yes it's £200 or so. but just use the trail and take it from there. It really is super simple to use and you can get great results. With direct upload to youtube too..

Good point, but my thought was it would be like crossing Poker with an FPS. Poker is fun, because you've got to bluff/stay calm when you know you've got the winning hand etc. If you could combine some of that tense atmosphere into an FPS, it might be really interesting... it's not the next Battlefield, but would be extra hard core.

OK, so Nasa just released this and it looks like the best addition to a 1st person shooter ever. Basically add some heart rate sensors to each player and other sensors (all in your Microsoft Band/Apple Watch) and punish the player for higher rates etc. What do you think? [^]

I second that. Get an IP Camera, axis, Hik / Swann, whatever. Then you don't need the PC turned on, and get one with an SD card slot so it keeps the last few days of video recorded on it. you can get these for around £150 in the uk.

wow man, where do you get that form? here in the uk, we get minimum 20 + 8 days off. hear is how I got it to 1635 hours per year... (7.5 hour working days, we don't get paid for lunch hour :( ) Days in year 365 Bank Holidays, xmass etc. 8 Weekend days (52*2) 104 Full Paid Holidays 31 Full Paid Sick Days 4 Days actually working 218 Hours working 1635
