it is all the same, in debug build you shouldn't care, and in release build the compiler will optimize and generate the same code for both. Hi, there is a tool name gacutil.exe in the "Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Bin" that helps you register the assembly in the GAC but before doing that, tell me if the websites use the assemblies placed in the BIN folder at the website's root folder or from the GAC? Sojaner!
