As I said, they're more likely to give you an answer However, thinking about what you're asking, I'd imagine the information you want would be commercially sensitive (you want to know what advertisers have paid for which keywords, right?) As far as I know there is no standard IOCTL for making a USB removable disk/volume read-only. You can lock a volume on the drive with the FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME Control Code[^].
