I need to read the physical drive sectors and use them can I do that using vb.net or do I have to use VB6. I don't want to read the logical drive I want to read the physical drive. i.e.: 010 editor (software) lets u read either the logical drive of a physical drive or the physical drive itself. thx for ur help.

did you choose all the columns in that specific table? If you didn't this will not work my point of view is to check all the columns specify the ones u don't want to see as visible = false
