I have a Hauppauge Win-PVR-150 that works just fine in Vista using the XP Vista drivers on their v2.7 CD and a freeware MPEG-2 decoder. I also have a PVR-350 that I would assume works just as well (haven't installed it yet). Their Win-TV 2000 software doesn't work in Vista, however.
