If u r working in .net 2.0 use the fileupload control by using that u can also specify where to save image and u can also store the path in the DB

How do you mean ? Do you mean 1 - a toolbar that appears in a web page ? If so, it needs to be javascript 2 - a toolbar that runs in a browser ? If so, I'm not sure there's a unified framework for this, I suspect it would be per browser if it was supported at all, and how.
