In a xml file, there are some characters like ß (part of Schließen(Deutsch) ). but when i had called the function XmlDocument.Load(), it was fail. if delete the "ß", then success. please tell me how to parse the xml file with some characters like ß.

i use the cmd "regsvr32 aaa.dll", but it say "haveing load the aaa.dll, but cannot find the DllRegisterServer,cannot register this file". can you tell me how to register the dll(use dos cmd). :omg:
