  • C# Browser Functionality
    D DeathDog

I need to know if c# will have (or does have) the ability to create browser based applications (like java applets), or if this is even in consideration for the language. Just a curiosity due to the outcome of the lawsuit with Sun, and considering that they won't be updating their browser's JVM beyond it current version. I would assume the answer would be to use ActiveX. But I'm also curious as to the cross browser, cross OS usability of ActiveX controls. (Also, I heard that Microsoft will be making their NGWS available for Linux, Unix, etc. Any confirmation on this?) Any information that can be provided is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
