After writing an add-in for Outlook, I can't agree with you more. The "To:" problem that you mentioned was caused by discrepancies between the Offline Address Book and the Online Address Book (esp. in Cached mode). And the way the CommandBar works differently than any other Office (not to mention different behaviours of temporary and permanent buttons)...makes me feel like shooting myself on the foot X| Edbert P.
