Forum Notification ManagementNotifications
If you wish, you can receive notifications on the forum, to your account’s recovery email or both:- when someone upvotes your post;
- when someone you follow posts a topic;
- when a new reply is posted in a topic you are watching;
- when someone starts following you;
- when you receive a chat message;
- when you receive a group invite;
- when someone mentions you.
On the forum, to view the latest notifications, click on the bell icon in the top right corner of the page.
Notification Settings
To change, which notifications to receive and where, go to your account menu > Settings and apply your preference in the Notifications and Sounds sections.Forum Digest emails
In addition to notifications, you can receive a Digest email with the latest topics. Adjust the frequency in Settings > Email.
Digest emails will be sent to your account’s recovery email. -

Login and Password Reset InstructionsQuick guide to login
To get the most out of this forum, you’ll need to follow a few steps, depending on whether or not you were previously registered on CodeProject.
For Existing Users (from the previous site):
- Click the Login button in the top right corner. This will redirect you to the sign-in page.
- Enter your email and password. (If you’re an existing CodeProject user, don’t worry if your old password doesn’t work, for security reasons, you’ll be asked to reset it.)
- After entering your credentials and clicking the Login button at the bottom, you’ll receive a prompt to reset your password.
- A reset link will be sent to your email. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Spam folder.
- Click the link in the email and follow the form to enter a new password.
- Once you’ve set a new password, you’ll be redirected to the login page. Enter your updated credentials to access the forum.
For New Users:
- Click the Register button in the top right corner. This will redirect you to the sign-up page.
- Fill in the required fields: Email, Password, and Confirm Password.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Check your inbox (and Spam folder) for the message.
- Click the confirmation link in the email to complete your registration.
- Return to the login page, enter your credentials, and you’ll gain full access to the forum.

Is there a Keep Me Logged in type of feature?@Steve-Echols I will check with the team on this, my understanding is that it is set to an hour, but it feels like less than that.

I can't change my username@code-witch I just tried to change mine also, and I got the same error. Will investigate this with the team.

Please fix the login - emails aren't supposed to be case sensitive.This issue has been fixed by our developers
