Since I'm on SSI, not by me unless someone wants to donate a new PC that 11 will work on. ( presently a Dell XPS 8900... mobo only handles up to i7-6700 cpu ) :sigh:

Is Windows 11 ready to be used? -
It's a lot today: File Explorer rantNah, I'd use Midnight Commander in a command prompt. ( Window-Key with R, type cmd, enter to get the dos(command) prompt then mc and enter to get an nice text based way to use your machine. Of couese you have to find it, download it, and install it in a directory that's on the path :wtf:

vs2019 usersASROCK X99 Extreme4/3.1... uses the 2011 cpu socket and has 8 ram slots that can hold a 16GB module each. It's an older board but still good... I think they are up to X299 for the Intel chipset now, tho that is a 2066 socket instead of the 2011. AMD beat them to the punch by registering X399 so no idea what the next Intel x?99 will be.

Bash/Ubuntu on Windows 10 - Now WhatWell, if they had implemented the USB syscalls, we could have used it to develop for android but since they didn't then adb can't talk to any android devices for debugging. Makes Bash/Ubuntu on Windows mostly a silly toy.
