Several years ago I got a call from the operators in our data centre to say they were having a problem with a PC system that was located there - "All of the menu items have disappeared and we need to use it today to make sure overtime payments go into the payroll run!" I had to jump into a taxi to travel the five miles to the data centre, and wait 15 minutes before someone buzzed me in.
