If I were a James Bond villain, I would be Dr Julius No.
I enjoy fine dining, nuclear power, and initiating global war.
I am played by Joseph Wiseman in Dr No.

Paul Watson wrote: Wow that is seriously amazing. Any figurine or toy my parents gave me lasted for at most 1 month, by the end of the month they would be missing heads, arms, legs, motors, wheels and batteries. Well some of the figures that I have aren't exactly in great condition. Especially my first R2D2, which I got when my brother was born in 1979. It's lost all of the stickers on the body and has to use a replacement leg! :-) Paul Watson wrote: The only toy that ever survived with me was my bike (though it got regularly bent hehe) and Lego (damn I loved lego, still got whole boxes of it in my cupboard). I think all kids bikes end up a little out of shape as time goes by. And Lego is virtually indistructable, mainly due to the fact that you can accidently sit on your Lego castle and it'll collapse around you. Do the same with, say, a Millenium Falcon model and something's going to give! :(( Graham *reliving his youth!*
Well my parents definetly found Christmas and birthdays a lot easier after I'd watch those films. :-) And I still have all the figures that I got as a kid. All stored safely in a box in my parents loft. :-) Graham
I've seen it twice now! :) The first time it was mainly adults (being a 9PM showing) and we all came out of it like excited kids. The second time we went and saw it we had this adorable 4 year old sat in front of us. He was making little comments like "where did the cat go?" and clapping at the end of the Quidditch match. Cute! It reminded me of me when I was 4 years old and watching Star Wars for the first time. Totally enthralled and loving every minute of it. Graham *broody!*
Ah, but here lies the downside. I raise my head and ask for a raise and I'll be out of a job faster than a greased whippet! And with the state of the job market as it is I'd rather dig in and sit tight thanks! Graham *Watching the Sword of Damocles slowly moving around the office!*
And I thought I was the only one! I was hired as a C++ programmer and was given plenty of C++ stuff to do. Then through the year those who spoke C++ left and I became the last of their kind. Now we don't develop in C++ as "no one knows the language." In other words, if I left they'd be stuck! I too am holding out for the great .NET to save me from the ASP and VB I'm now doing. And while it's another set of skills to have, I do miss programming in C++. Graham
In fact how about the entire lifestyle? Minus the being beaten up, shot at etc. :) Mind you, I'd be Bond so I'd always survive, and frequently change my appearance! :) Douglas, Graham Douglas
I never really liked the look of the TVR range. They do sound bloody good though (as they race past your 11 year old Metro). And if you had a big sports car you'd have to open her up from time to time. You know, just to see what it feels like! :) Graham
If I had a bottomless pit of money I would have to get myself an Aston Martin Vanquish. And then to fill the rest of my garage I'd have to have a Lotus Elise, the new one and a Lotus Esprit (the white Bond one! ). In fact if I had a bottomless pit of money I'd have one of all of the Bond cars as well as the Lotus and the Aston Martin Vanquish. OK, I'm off to setup a new bank now! :) Graham
Thanks! My search was much more successful this time! :) Now to find me some games! Thanks again Graham
I can see the reasoning behind the whole snooping idea. But I do feel that it's another attempt to control people by removing another level of freedom. I agree that the powers at be are using the recent events in the world to fast track all of these systems into operation. So where will it all end? Graham
I never owned an Amiga, though my brother did. I stayed with the ZX Spectrum right to the bitter end. And believe it or not a version of Lemmings was released for it too! One question, where can I find WinUAE and the games to go with it? The last time I went looking I couldn't find any (most of the sites were gone or empty). Thanks Graham
