The definition of "malware" has become a bit silly, lately, though. "This item might serve advertising" is not something that I, as a user, would consider a malware threat. Why can't they just be honest and say "This item might serve advertising that we're not getting paid for? I wanna be a eunuchs developer! Pass me a bread knife!
