If you can spend the money, check out VBConversions.net. I've converted several projects with it and it's a very good product. It will make a "best guess" at certain types of code but I think it works great and worth the money. There is another one I tried that is overpriced and not very good. I won't mention any names but it made a mess out of the very same projects that breezed through VBConversions. Besides, the developer is very helpful. OTH, if you're on a tight budget, or you can get by converting class or method level code, there are some pretty good websites that do a great job of translating in both directions. My favorite is developerfusion.com/tools/convert/vb-to-csharp. I've used it extensively when I need fragment conversion instead of a whole project.
