I will second this, I currently use ProggySquare in VS2003 at 11pt. It isn't as small, but I like it. (Then again it is the first one I found and I stopped searching at that point.)

Does anyone have a clean example of how this would be implemented. I have a dataset and have set up the relation, but I am not sure of the next step. Would I use a nested datagrid or a repeater control, or something else that I am not thinking of? Would the hiding have to be handled in javascript or can it also be done server side?
