I read your message and had a bonding moment! I wrote my first program in FORTRAN in 1968 using a key punch. So, I may be around your age. However, I kept up with the technology over the years and I have created several Windows and Web applications in C++/CLI and C#. Unfortunately, I have not used a web camera before and cannot help you with your problem. However, web browsers usually cache images on your local computer. If you right-click on your Internet Explorer Icon on the desktop and choose properties on the menu. Click on the "General" tab and click on the "Settings..." button.
