For example, copying for reverse engineering purposes is allowed. However, what you may legally do with the software after you have copied it is circumscribed under the Copyright code. My point is, that the solicitation to copy or "break" certain copyright security software codes is not, necessarily, an infringement of a copyright owners rights.
