Thanks for the feedback. Indeed, a sub-page is planned. Currently if you need multiple pages, each page must be on top level, like you described. But, internally ::Docs are already utilizing simple wiki-like structure, it is just not exposed via UI. Even the main/abstract documents are just 2 pages, each with its own versioning etc. Upgrading that to be more wiki-like structure is in our plans, though we didn't even considered the implementation date for this feature yet.
