I third that... or fourth it? :D sounds like you're pretty indespensable to your employer so try maybe sticking your neck out a bit and seeing if you can dictate what you do, or maybe ask for another developer for you to project manage. I had to do the most stupid project once and I knew it was a case of bad management, but at the time I thought I either had to do it or would get fired. now of course I realise if I'd have said something I'd have got credit for it, but after it went belly up at the end I had a real job convincing everyone it wasn't my fault.

Can't help much with the written license agreement, but I know that if you're looking to protect your licensed software then you can use www.fingoo.net as it allows either company to activate their part of the application, or all parts if you allow.

fingoo.net is pretty good. no set up fee and you only pay a tiny percentage of the licenses you actualy sell. Automated license purchasing is also provided where your users pay direct to your PayPal account. with a friendly free support service too :o) what is really needed is a decent site that reviews the variaous software activation services, like www.adslguide.org is for adsl. a lot of them have hidden charges and other such nasty surprises :o( keith
