I don't care if this is a repost, but let's hear it for Australians... -
The young nurse sticks it in...347.3 people :) ... just kidding ... thought i would at least let people know that the vaccine isn't 100% effective and doesn't have risks in itself ... it is the "best guess" on the next outbreak ... i am absolutely not saying people should not get it, but rather, everyone should make an informed decision on whether getting the vaccine is appropriate or not.

The young nurse sticks it in...last time they created a vaccine for the "swine flu" ... more people died from the vaccine than the actual flu ... i think unless you in a high risk group, it may be safer to deal with the flu? ... opinions?

MSN Messenger and XP64I love how Microsoft decided to force me to upgrade MSN Messenger today on my XP64 laptop. I rebooted my computer and was welcomed to the message "You must install the latest version (of MSN Messenger) to continue" ... After downloading the latest version I get a "Couldn't install program on this operating system" message. I did a search and MSN Messenger is no longer supported on XP64?!?!?!? ... Huh?

Back paini am kind of an expert on back pain having fibromyalgia for the last 10 years ... i have tried almost everything you can think of from medication to all forms of body work ... what i suggest is holding off stretching and strengthening until you know what is wrong ... both can make the problem worse ... i assume from working at the computer a lot you have trigger points (muscle knots) in your back and possibly stomach ... go pick up The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook ... it maps areas of pain to the muscles that cause the pain ... with the book you may be able to fix the problem yourself or be able to describe the problem more accurately to your physio theripist good luck
