Are this articles OK for CodeProject? -
UI library for ASP.NET Core MVC RazorI am planning the development of ASP.NET Core MVC Razor application and am looking for FREE library of some quality that supports MVC/Razor development. I see plenty of commercial libraries like Kendo UI that can be used, but I am looking for something like Open Source Material Design. As far as I know, Material UI is usable only from SPA/React, and I want to develop MVC/Razor application that is Round-trip (Request/Response), not an SPA application like React.

Is conference impressions valid article topic?I attended Machine Learning Conference, so if I write about my general impressions from the conference, without any code, would that be a topic of interest for this site?

Somethin is wrong after your changesI reverted back to the old text, couldn't wait for your response, because the article was getting some bad marks. Can you please delete those bad marks, since readers were getting wrong text under that article name.

Somethin is wrong after your changesIt looks like that while editing someone made the wrong copy-paste. They copied your article over mine.
-
Somethin is wrong after your changesAlso in another article PE Format Illustrated – Part 2[^] , text is now mine, but you see below I asked for pictures to be clickable so user can see details in Hex-Editor screenshots...

Somethin is wrong after your changesYou made changes to article PE-Format-Illustrated-Part-1 [^] , but it looks like you confused something. Now original text is all gone and your copied the content of some other article inside. This is NOT my text: --------------------------- I do a lot of cross-platform work passing data between Windows and Android, without the benefit of writing that data to a file or assuming that the data is text (aka strings). Most examples you will find use files and assume text input and output. I'm always working with plain bytes of data. When I was looking to compress and encrypt my data, I had to cobble together bits and pieces from a number of samples that pointed me in the right direction, but never used byte arrays as the input or output. My final code is the contents of this Tip. ----------------------------------------

Please help with picturesHi There, I would like to bring to your attention 2 of my new articles https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/5356568/PE-Format-Illustrated-Part-1 https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/5356569/PE-Format-Illustrated-Part-2 Both contain big pictures with a lot of details, so it would be good if you can setup that enlarge-on-click feature so readers can see details if they want. Thanks...

Please assure that pictures remain full sizeThanks. It looks OK the way it is now.
-
Please assure that pictures remain full sizeI would like to bring to your attention the following article: .NET – 5 Free Decompilers[^] Please assure that pictures remain full size since most readers have wide monitors and in "fluid" mode they should be able to see the content of images. Please do not shrink them.

Images in articles - copyright issueI understand it will be based on a particular case, the decision needs to be made regarding approval from the case to the case... For example, screenshots of different mapping applications/products, as a part of the tutorial what the current technology approach looks like.
-
Images in articles - copyright issueI looked at https://sarafhawkins.com/copyright-fair-use-and-online-images/, and it looks like as long as I am writing a tutorial or research, I can use images from 3rd party sites.... It says: #2: Why are you using the image? If it is “…for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research…” you’re on the right track. Am I right? :-)

Images in articles - copyright issueWhat is the legal issue with images in articles? For example, can I put in an article image that is part of some company marketing material and publicly available, with a quotation of company material? Or some other image from some company website, with a quotation of Url? Or an image from some Pdf material, that is distributed publicly? Or how about a screenshot of some application forms, with the quotation of the company and product name? Or a screenshot of some hardware?

The way you edit images in articles seriously decreases the final quality of articlesThank you so much for fixing this issue. I think it is much better this way for the reader because the theme and content are debating the graphical interfaces and advantages vs. deficiencies.

The way you edit images in articles seriously decreases the final quality of articlesDear Editors: The way you edited my article [1] and decreased the size of images permanently, seriously damages the quality of the article and decreases the quantity and quality of info for readers. I have noticed that in the article [1] you edited it so that images are permanently decreased in size to ~640 pixels and are no longer clickable, which were in the past resulting in the pop-up full-size image. The result is that images are so small that are not readable and the quantity and quality of info for the reader is diminished. I think you are doing damage to articles in that way by applying a “uniform look” to the articles. The article is about different GUI solutions, meaning comparing GRAPHICAL representations of different tools. I invested time and effort to select proper screenshots and marked with arrows points of interest. The result was maybe 30 images, from 200-1000 pixels and I uploaded them to the article. I DELIBERATELY didn’t shrink them as I wanted them to be clickable (a feature offered by your editor) so the reader can click and see all details. Now they are shrunk and useless. I saw that your article editor suggests shrinking images to 700 pixels, but most people today have monitors 1500+ pixels wide and want to see all details. Maybe your policy of 700 pixels images is outdated since today many readers want to see more details and have hardware for that. I noticed a similar problem with other articles when showing class diagrams, if they are shrunk, they get unreadable. I think that allowing images to be clickable and pop up in full size is beneficial for articles that contain a lot of images, for example, articles about GUI tools. I like the way it is still in the article [5].
