Hi, can anyone recommend any software (preferably freebie) that does the following: Allows me to set up a client and when a person contacts me with a request I can assign the type of contact to 1/ Support Request, 2/ Development Request, and 3/ Discussion/Technical Support I can then keep notes about how long they chatted to me and assign a time value to it (The amount of time that I have spent responding to the request). When the request has been closed an email is then sent to one or more people with details about the request and the amount of time the request took. I do not need anything over-complicated and rather then roll my own I thought there may be something that you could recommend Thanks Mark
