In C# there are two types of Convertion is used. Boxing :convert ValueTypes to Reference Types UnBoxing :Reference Types to convert ValueTypes From Your code row[0][0] = 5; ---> This is implicit Boxing row[0][0] = (object)5; ---> This is Explicit Boxing You can use any of these to the Conversion. Start by posting in the correct forum.

The question you have asked is a never ending argument of which is the best analytics solutions. Cookies, server logs, your own custom mechanism etc. etc. You need to do the research on what exactly best suites your need among the techniques. I use Google analytics. Someone could counter argue about its approach, but the fact is, it suits my needs. Hope I made sense. (I have replied to your post because you seem to be posting this question every now and then)

I'm not an expert in browser-specific programming, so I can't answer you specific questions. The general problem to face is not what you are using inside your add-in but the problem is that different browsers have different plug-in interfaces and underlying programming models.
