I after i Build the Project,i use the Copy Website feuture of VS to the Production Folder that i have Created, and that will be all i dont use Publish feuture, i think thats where you got a Problem. i know what the Publish do , but in that case i dont rely on VS to do it for me. try not to use Publish, i have a 64 machine and i dont have problems. I have already done that, but no use. It will work until i close the project. Once i open it and run it, it will take me to default.aspx page. The issue here is: The entry(start up page option which i selected) is not getting saved in my solution file. This works fine for my other projects, only one particular project has this issue.

Having looked in more detail I think that thread is a little over-complicated. Why not use the CultureInfo class? If you're going to be using it alot it could be useful to set it as an extension method something like this. using System.Globalization; namespace Indian { public static class ExtMethods { public static string ToIndian(this double amount, bool includePrefix) { CultureInfo indianCulture = new CultureInfo("hi-IN"); string indianString = amount.ToString("C", indianCulture); if (includePrefix) { return indianString; } return indianString.Substring(2); } } } then add using Indian; to the beginning of any class that needs it.
