I appreciate all answers here and just want to sum up what I did and leave you judge if I was right posting here. I ordered the product about 34 hours before. When I entered all the required details I got a screen with invoice. On the top there was a button with "Order Details". I pressed this button and saw order status "Open". The status remained "Open" until this page has expired. Since that I had no access to any info about my order. Of course, when I didn't get any notification I blamed ny email and checked it thoroughly. (BTW, it's not a dedicated server, it's just a plain hosting (not free!) at Burst.NET. And I get newsletters from CP.) The email was OK, I was able to send and receive messages. I waited a couple of hours and then posted a message on the message board at CodeJock (as a Guest). A few people viewed it, but no one responded. After 12 hours I set up a new email at Yahoo and send a request to CodeJock sales department. With no reply. After 20 hours I still got no reply and my message was deleted from the message board. So, I decided to post a message here... The phone call is the last option I want to use... So, how do I get the ordered product? Olga

Unbelievable story.... Yesterday I tried to order a new product recently released by CodeJock Software "Xtreme Command Bars". I submitted my credit card number using their online store. There were no notification sent by email... Online order status remained "Open" for a few hours... Two emails to sales department went unanswered... A post on message board was deleted... (Oh, now I understand why the message board is almost empty). HOW can it be??? :mad: Olga

Hi, I just want to get a good advise - I know a lot of smart people are participating in this forum. We're starting a new project that requires advanced user interface (MFC based, of course). What products would you advise? I found a few companies/products on this market - Stingray, Dundas, CodeJock and BCGSoft (all these companies have ads here). But who is the best? Whose support is better? What product has more features and higher quality? And another important thing - the future. Is anyone going to implement VS.NET-like interface with all these sliding windows and so on (rumors, please:) )? Thank you, Olga
