Undoubtedly Foxpro had severed well. Its amazing how it could achieve something with so little codes. Albeit with a fair amount of procedure and methods that seems so mundane in present context. I do have good experience of upgrading/modifying/recoding foxpro,clipper,dbase 4 applications . It always takes hell of a lot of time just to understand workflow incorporating lots of lines that has no relevance. Some routines has become commonplace and it seems those were used only because they served a required purpose with out giving a thought about optimization and perphs some more elegant way.
