How would you handle contributed code? Would the original author be required to validate/okay contributions? The current project "lead" should be able to surrender his lead status and allow someone else to take the lead spot. Should membership status somehow dictate who can be lead and who can't? Should the article wizard have a new checkbox labeled "Make this a project"? Should projects be worth more (or less) than articles in terms of reputation points? Should project leads be awarded more points for being the lead? Should contributors receive points for contributing? Should the project lead be able to determine the value of a contribution (1-5), and the site award points accordingly? This would prevent someone from merely making a spelling corrcection from earning as many points as someone that fixes a bug or adds a feature. Should contributers be limited to silver or higher? I'm (pleasantly) surprised that my over 1 year old computer is still "good" :) Mobo: Striker Extreme (yes, the one with the lights and the RAM trouble) 4GB Corsair CL5 RAM, 800MHz DDR2 (2 DIMMS, matched pair, dual channel) Intel QX6850 @ 3.3GHz (OC 10%) air cooled and never hot <- should be 3.2GHz (400x8) to match the ram but whatever 320GB 7500rpm 32mb cache hdd (I think..) 700W psu Originally: NV 8800GTS 640MB (I got the PC before the GT was sold) Now: NV GTX260 (not the 216core since I got it before that was sold, too.) Random dvd reader/writer (haven't used it in at least 3 months and I knew that so I got a cheap one) Nice Targus laser mouse, wireless but dockable and unlike my previous mouse it actually warns me if the batteries are low. And a good ol' CRT monitor that doesn't give me a searing headache and bleeding eyes as most LCD monitors do to me. LCD monitors that don't are damned expensive, and what did I need that space behind my screen for anyway? Currently at 1152x864 @ 75Hz, just fast enough not to be annoyed by the flickering. At 1280x1024 it becomes too slow (60Hz) which is a pity since 1152x864 is badly supported by older games. Oh and a nice case[^]

LOL this is why I sanity-check during the interview: "What was your longest project in the lst year?" "How much overtime did YOU work in the last week/month/year?", etc. Though, truth, I won't be changing jobs soon. I nearly did, but my unconscious rebelled suddenly, and I realized I was walking into a death trap, especially in comparison with what I do in my current position (I'm salaried, but overtime is truly rare).

It turns out we had our FooterTemplate innpropriately formatted. (Ok, it was missing altogether). By adding the FooterTemplate and a tag, it works properly now. Thanks for your responses.
