I second K-Software. They are reselling Comodo certificates for significantly less money than what Comodo charge. The Comodo part is Kafkaesque with indolent support (you need pliers to pull out any intelligible information); it seems that K-Software may help if you get stuck. If you survive Comodo's initiation rites, the rest is a breeze.

Help & Manual (www.ec-software.com) is an easy to use help authoring application, allows different output formats and has imho fast and efficient support. rtfm* (yes, this is the title of the book) by Peter Vogel is a concentrated instruction about how to write manuals that users will read (and still being your customers).
