i want to identify the usb drive connected on system. for every conneted drive i want separate ID . Now i got same id for all imation drive and same id for kingstone.

Typically, the wizards assign control IDs starting at 1000 - perhaps the ID you chose (13) is actually some other control that has been assigned by Microsoft. It could be that by simply changing your ID (perhaps to something like above 1000, you may be ok as long as that ID isn't used elsewhere in your project. Hope that helps. Hi, the previous answer is the best way, but if you are in VC++ and not so advanced in knowledge you can make something similar (but not optimal). Check where the button is to know its coordinates in the actual map mode (if you don't know exactly where the button is at coding-time). Use the "void OnMouseMove(UINT nFlags, CPoint point)" and check if the cursor is On the button or Not.
