Tell the pouter to help himself by going to see a shrink and get some serious counseling. But seriously, sometimes when people do stupid stuff, it sometimes works by imitating their actions. The problem is that they usually don't take the time to think about how their actions affect other people, and can't or have never visualized themselves from a third-person perspective how they're acting. So by imitating them, you're allowing them to visualize how they're actions are affecting others, and how ridiculously stupid and annoying that type of behavior is. Of course, this doesn't work all of the time, but it does in some instances, so it's worth a shot. And if they can't relate themselves to your imitations of them, then by all means screw them and let them know that they're being rude by acting this way. Let me know how it all works out .... :)
