Hi there! Windows 10 has a "god mode" like its more recent predecessors. Do those settings behave differently after "god mode" is enabled? Regards.

where can I download source code for dissecting a C# application book?Hi. The link here: http://community.sharpdevelop.net/forums/t/12265.aspx[^] still works -- I just tested it myself. As I mentioned earlier, the website has old stuff and newer updates. The forum posting at the link above suggests that the code at the download matches the book, which should make studying the old code easier. The dates inside the .zip appear to be consistent with that claim. Enjoy. Rick

where can I download source code for dissecting a C# application book?Hi there. I understand, however, the book is about the design and implementation of SharpDevelop, the IDE you mention. The website has older source code as well as the newest updates to SharpDevelop. I don't know if they offer the oldest stuff for direct download, but they do have a forum too. It's a start... Rick

new graphics card NVIDIA GTX750OC is not working... advice?Hello again, Joan. I just looked at the nVidia site and didn't see a product with the exact nomenclature you mentioned. The ones I see are GTX 570 and GTX 750 Ti. I get "Page Not Found" for the Ti version. You should check the amperage for each voltage on the power supply and not just total combined power. The installation manual for the video card might say something like +5V @22A. If the current power supply only delivers +5V @10A, then there is a 12A shortfall and the card will most likely not work with that power supply. Regards, Rick

General QuestionExtrapolation will be required, however, publicly traded companies file periodic reports from which ballpark data can be obtained. If you're lucky, privately held companies have one or more publicly held competitors and those competitors usually mention some of their competition's numbers in their filings. See here:
SEC.gov | EDGAR | Search Tools:
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/webusers.htmOnce you know when the company started, for example, you might still be able to find old business articles about them on the Internet. Good luck! Rick

That's enough... what would you do apart of course than commit suicide? (happy printer)Hi, Joan. The Toshiba support page at http://business.toshiba.com/usa/index.html[^] actually does lead to drivers for your printer. When I selected "Drivers" at the upper-right, I landed at a (red-coloured) page with two giant text-entry boxes. In the upper box, you put the printer name in and then click search -- the ensuing search failed when I typed the printer's model name the way you spelled it in your original post. What worked for me was selecting the printer model in the lower box after selecting "Color Copier." Manuals appear to be available from the same page using the menu just above where the driver file listing starts. I used Chrome to use the Toshiba site -- it doesn't show up at all (here) in IE. Rick
