There is a feature request to add a right-click context menu item to take you straight to the fonts and colors element that needs to be changed. Are these guys in league with eBay like Paypal is (was?). Do they just process any request eBay sends or do you have a chance to approve them first.

Sounds like you may need a little more than just a DVD Ripper. Try www.doom9.org or www.videohelp.com Both have a lot of good information and tools for working with multimedia. BTW, Pinnacle studio should have a tool for editing video... RTS
