the switch he has, has the vlan function he needs. why buy more switched when you can impliment it at the moment using an advanced feature of the existing switch?

I've asked pretty much everyone here at the office. They all said the same thing. They used it occasionaly but rarely received the help they were looking for. To generic a responce ect.

Typical, someone asks about a good subject, to start some conversation and you all turn it on its head and get off track. Sometimes the discussion in this place is as bad as a couple of drunk children trying to communicate.
