Not really, from what i can tell, sending information goes quickly, but then reloading the page is what takes time. Try this next time you post a message: Click post, wait a moment, click stop. Go back to the forum and refresh it. I bet you will see your message. Although i imagine people will have different experiences depending on their location, and the current load on the CP servers. The site is currently getting re-written anyway isn't it? So when it is re-launched it should be able to cope better under high load. My current favourite word is: PIE!
