Hi all, In my application i m willing to access a network folder.i m using "FileAuthorizationModule.CheckFileAccessForUser(strLocation, userToken, "GET" ) = True )".Wehn the file is in server then there is no problem but when it is in other system then the following error occur- "virtual path outside of the current application is not supported.parameter name:VirtualPath" Any clue?

The listview has over 5000 element to display.but when i run my program through debug mode then it gives the following error "The CLR has been unable to transition from COM context 0x1a1010 to COM context 0x1a1180 for 60 seconds. The thread that owns the destination context/apartment is most likely either doing a non pumping" but when i run the exe then it is working fine. can any body give me any clue,why it is happening ?

Hi all, In my application i am displaying Amount field in a grid view. which is money type in data base.my problem is when i m displaying it,it shows 4 numbers after decimal like ('45.0000').but i want to display only 2 places after decimal ('45.00').In sql query analyser it shows correctly.I have already used round function but still it is not working. Hi all, In my application, I m using a query which is quite lengthy.Some times give the message "Time Out Expire........".I am setting sqlCommand.commandTimeout=4000 but it is not working and still display the message frequently. can anybody help me,how to overcome this problem?

i m using IIS 5.1 and i can access other files like image files of that folder. actually i am trying to export the crystal report to pdf format in the image folder of the application. and try to show it in a iframe. but it creats the problem of access permission.

Hi al, In my project,I m trying to display a pdf file in an iframe which is in a folder inside the application.it is running fine in developement server.But when i run it through IIS it shows an error. showing the path of the file is not accessable.i m giving full permission to the folder.but still it is not working. can anybody help me regarding this.

Hi all, I am facing a problem using update panel. I have an update panel in a page with UpdateMode="Conditional" the update panel contains a grid view.I want to fetch a particular row's value from that grid view and put it in to a label which is out side the update panel on select index change event.My code is running.I can debug it.But label's value is not changing.on the select index change method of the grid view.

I am using the update panels in master page.where I can't find <%@ Page %>. Is there any alternative way to handle this.

I am using a timer control in one of my page. and that page contains 2 update panels.can i associate the timer control with a particular update panel of that page. because the timer refreshes the 2 update panels in every TICK event.
