They're really good at driving me mad. They just told me that in order to get a refund, I need to login first and cancel the order in my account. I tried this once, and I'm afraid it didn't work. They only do what you tell them to do, with no creativity at all. This really is bad for the startup. Partnering with someone from the beginning is the only way to go (I think). Because your partner know they own the company too, and have the same responsibility with me to make this thing bigger.
