Just spent a day trawling through a load of legacy programs written in Retrieve 4GL, where the original programmer could not decide on a coding convention. :mad: If I never see that code again, it will be too soon . I'm feeling a little off colour now X|

Just been sorting through some of my old boxes and found the CD-ROM of MS-DOS 6.22 then even further down the box I found a 5.25" Floppy disk containing IBM PC-DOS v1.1. Them was the daze :-)

I have often heard it said that "The English are lazy when I comes to learning other languages.". I would retort "The English did not conquer half the world so that we could learn other languages!". No I know that sounds imperialistic, that's because it is :-D

During a flight back from Egypt, it occured to me, whilst resetting my watch back yo UK time, that the the whole world gets its time from England (Greenwich to be precise). As I mused over this fact, I was lead to summise that not only does England dictate the time to the world, but that this must also mean the English are the Lords of Time, ergo me being English, that would make me a Time Lord. :-D

Are you one of those people who want someone else to do all your work for you? I mean had Microsoft(in the head) actually provided this function for you, what else would you do with your time. More postings on CP I guess ;)
