IN our CP home page I can see only 3 Categories: Web Dev, C#, "Everything Else". Is Mobile and other category for voting is closed or that bug as not displaying in CP home page ?

Yes same problem for me as well and not able to upload files.Checked with both IE and in Chrome.

Thank you all for your comments.let me clear something here. 1) The article which is in discussion was been initially published during 2014.it was the time when i start writing articles. 2).The idea of the article is to read and write text from the external program without modifying the source code. 3) For this concept i search and found few articles which is related to that and using that i have made a sample which is some what advance version for reading and writing text from external programs. 4) When i read Kelly's Chronicles article all his background process few functions was related to my work and used and extended that to make with live sample. 5) In Kelly's Chronicles link he has mentioned as " I won’t be able to use these concepts at work yet but will once we upgrade our framework version. Hope it helps someone."Even kelly's Chronicles point is the source code is useful for some for implementing in their project and also i have developed this article not for own use ,I made that for the community. 6) I have added kelly's Chronicles name and link as reference in my article. 7) The article is closed now,I know well as Plagiarized article should be deleted,I respect that but the article is not exactly plagiarized ,as i have presented the reference links and my demo application is entirely different from others and it contains few functions which will be as common function method for reading and writing text from and to external programs. I just want to clarify what it has and never mind even if its deleted as the article is very old I respect Plagiarized article should be deleted.

How can you tell it as fake vote @AkhilMittal. See iam closely watching my Voting from competition started and till Sunday it was fine and Monday suddenly your article voting count was increased is that mean you got fake vote. I was surprised yesterday you got 21 vote and my article was at 19 and after some time when i check i got 30 vote i was blessed to get the votes. After i got 30 votes i got continues 5 down vote for my article i don't know who did that. See its competition don't need to worry for votes We can be a winner or loser we are not writing article for votes. Even my article is selected for Best C# and for Mobile also. Hi, To Embed the Youtube Video you can request to Editor of CP or you can request to @sean-ewington who is the Content Manager for CP by sending your you tube video link and your article Link.They will embed your youtube video to your article after checking it.Since to avoid the Spam video in Cp the author can not embed any video directly .If we requst to editor they will check for the Youtube video and add for us in our article. Note and also if you need to edit your article in later case again you need to get there support to embed your video for everytime.There is also another way as you can add your Youtube Video link to your aricle by this you can maintain the article by yourself.

I accept what you mean Mr. Chris but still i did't get answer to my question. 1) The Article was published one month before since that time it got only upvotes nearly 38 and i can say you that voters are not my friends. 2)The same article was been in CP Home page for more then a week under "Latest Best Picks".Even during that time that article never get any down vote. 3)Only after it was been selected for best article voting it got down vote.So i don't know the reason behind this as you know all the down voted members are visiting CP regularly. 4)Day before early morning there was sudden down vote nearly 7 by members with same msg as need Password Security and needs to use ASP.Net Authentication. I don't think that article is Extremely poor quality and Misleading to others. You can read the article first i will start with question in that article as

Here its clear that the article is mainly dealing with what, and what the readers can get benefit from this article. For this article i don't think the Password security and ASP.NET Authentication is needed. If i have added user management in that article then surely i will be explain about Password Hashing and ASP.NET Authentication. As you can see that the goal of that article is not related to security or Authentication. This article is tutorial based and it has clear view of what users can get benefit from that. All the down vote was regarding Security and Authentication.I feel it was additional requirement needed to be added to that article so that the readers can get more detailed benefit. The reason for deleting all my other article is Mainly due to You Mr.Chris . Because you are main responsible person to CP. Author need's there own freedom to update their articles. The comment means that I will explain with proper example and explanation in my article. I'm not writing the article for first time and I can present my article with more good way. The only thing I feel not good was you didn't give me time for updating my article.
