FAA rules quick version, do not fly over 400 feet, do not fly over crowds, do not fly over stadiums, do not fly in National Parks and do not fly within 5 miles of the airport. I guess you can fly near a person but most-likely they know what you are doing if you are in a crowd and a quad crash on you it would not be a good day. Be smart and fly safely you will have more fun and everyone gets to go home. :)

Drone recommendation? -
Drone recommendation? If you are looking for sub-$200 then you are looking at a good toy that will have some of the features you are looking for but not all. First, you need to start off with a good Transmitter, having a good transmitter will allow you to have several drones/aircraft on one Radio. I would Recommend the Turnigy 9XR Pro (with the Orange TX module) you can get this for just about $100.00. Next, comes the drone; a company called Eachine sell Lizard95 for about $100.00 now you will need batteries which could cost about $100.00 (you will need batteries for the TX and about 4 or 5 batteries for the Lizard95). Now you will need to charge them and can get a charger for about $50.00. The Lizard95 comes with an FPV camera and if you want it to do directly to a laptop that might be difficult but they do have adapters to connect to Android. You need to do a little research on this because if you get the wrong one you will not be able to fly FPV because the video response time is too slow. You can buy FPV goggles for about $75. If you are new to Flying RC or FPV, in general, I would recommend getting the Eachine E010S and a set of 5 batteries with charger total for this is about $75. The Eachine E010S will allow you to fly indoors causing little damage to your house and the drone and you can learn how to fly. Also practice with simulators. If you are new I would go check RCGroups and YouTube and learn how to handle a Drone. One mistake and you can cut yourself badly. The Lizard95 is not a toy and the props are spinning at high speeds and can cause damage to you your furniture or others near by. So if you are careful with your budget you can get in for about $400 to $450 The cheaper path would be to get the Transmitter (module and battery) the goggles and the Eachine E010S with batteries and this would cost about $250.00 then when you are ready to upgrade to the Lizard95 or something similar then you can spend the extra and get the bigger drone plus batteries and charger (Note you only need to buy the charger once).

game consoleForget which has better graphic or games, or which has a better network. All that does not matter what matters is getting a console that your friends/family have. If all of your friends have an Xbox then get the Xbox. If your close friends don't have a console than ask your friends at work. Most games today are about online gaming and Co-opt gaming. If your friends/family have a PS3 and you get the Xbox you can't play Modern Warfare 2 together. When playing games like MW2 together the experience is much better. I have the Xbox and WII. I have to say Xbox has become much more then just a gaming system over the years. It is now my entertainment hub (I wish it could recorde Live TV), We watch Netflix movies, we rent movies, listen to music, I also have a server and store music, photos and videos which I use the Xbox to access. I just recently trashed my DVD player and now just use the Xbox as my DVD player and soon I will scale back my Premium Cable Channels because Netflix (This should be available on PS3 soon if not already) offers Showtime and Stars. Also Xbox will be adding Project Natal which is a controller-less way to play games (Think of the WII controller without the controller). The WII is a very fun system for the kids and family and gets you out of the chair. But it is a much different experience and does not compare to Xbox Live (MS got this right). As for the PS3; I don't have one so I can't really talk about it. I am sure it's an excellent console with fantastic graphics but none of my friends have the PS3 so it did not make sense to get one. Don't fall into the trap of Xbox is better then PS3 or vice versa. Buy what your friend have you and you will not regret the decision. Ray
