Do you mean to allow users to login on one machine only such that they can't simultaneously login from another machine? Presumably you are tracking that users have logged in? If so, there are a number of ways to do this, the simplest being check to see if they are already logged in if. If they are, refuse the new login. Either you are using silverlight or not, decide and then ask a more appropriate question.
