Yep. Its the old grass is greener thing. In this case it isnt. (although the wine is a LOT cheaper!) Morality is indistinguishable from social proscription

Rob Graham wrote: "The group says none of the federal grants it receives are used to support its Web sites." so what's the problem, and how is this "money well spent by the CDC, since evidently non of the Federal funds (CDC) are used for the purpose that the rest of the article focuses on at length. How is the fact that the CDC contributed $16M (for purposes that were never described in the article) even relevant. Garbage reporting. All money is fungible. What's next? Will you declare your resolute belief in the "Social Security lock-box?"

Had you made the effort to read the article "The President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief in Africa: An Evaluation of Outcomes" in the Annals of Internal Medicine[^], you would have discovered that the study was based upon figures that are, according to you, "bunk" and "bogus". Quote: Data Sources The joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) has monitored the Declaration of Commitment on HIV/AIDS by working with individual countries to measure the global epidemiology of HIV and AIDS. We used country and year epidemiologic data obtained through UNAIDS from 1997 to 2007 as the outcome variables for this study. The UNAIDS determines the prevalence trends by using sentinel and population-based surveys. The prevalence estimates, vital registry data, and model-based calculations are then used to determine mortality and the number of people living with HIV. Bob Emmett

Nope. Its one of the troubles that faces the medical marijuana situation in California as well. Heh. Yeah, I agree its stupid. But its also what the Kennedy's used in the 60s for civil rights. Google for details, but I found it an interesting backfire. This statement is false

I don't think the article is serious. It doesn't name a source, and both article and quote misspell the Korean leader's name (it should be Kim Jong-il, Kim Jong Il, or maybe Li'l Kim :)).
