Fixed it! Yay! ... here's what fixed it for those of you who run into this issue... Turns out the Find Results window must be added with all other windows closed with the tabs facing toward the bottom. This solved it.

Did you manage to find a way to get this working. I can't seem to get my document to keep groups together. Regards Andrew

Yes, got it - thanks. I have an assembly DLL getting copied that I don't want too, so I think the separate project idea is the way to go. - Patrick

Didn't like 2010 either. VS 2008 is fine, 2010 broke the code.

You're welcome. I had been searching for what AnyCPU actually did a couple days ago and this thread was one of the first hits on google, so now that I know I figured I should update it for future searchers.

Thanks for the idea - no I hadn't - because they still showed up in the GAC when I checked, so I assumed they were fine. Sorry for the delay in responding, but I was on plan G: reinstall VS. Brute force and ignorance, yes, but it worked (in the sense that the problem has gone away). It'll probably still keep me awake wondering what the heck caused it though... :laugh: Real men don't use instructions. They are only the manufacturers opinion on how to put the thing together.

Re-added project references to third-party libraries and changed a target framework to 4.0 (was: 4.0 client profile). I also deleted all 'obj' and 'bin' folders although I'm not sure if it changed anything. Greetings - Jacek
