All Microsoft Localiastion is done in Dublin. so your talking about every MS product in 96 languages being released from their Dublin offices. and HEadway software as well. A loads others. Just because MS is well-off doesn't entitle others to enjoy their work for free. Linux stuff is free simply because it's the easiest way to generate and maintain interest for those products. Microsoft doesn't have to, so they don't. It's pretty easy really. -- Eric Move along, nothing to see here.

Interesting. So they also make packaging and shrink-wrap the stuff, right? Is there enough trees on the island to make all these cardboxes? :) Tomasz Sowinski -- http://www.shooltz.com

Even if I don't read them, the paper will come in handy for my niece to scribble on. Michael :-)

CG I don't think you'd understand. These MS press books cost 3000-5000 bucks in Indian currency :-( I wish we had pirated books like we have pirated CDs here... I know it's bad and ethically wrong. But the mother of a hungry crying baby is allowed the moral right to steal food for her baby ---> almost sounds like a translated chinese sayin eh? :-) Nish Bow wow wow, Yippee yo yippee yay, My miniputt high, Is now 30 yay.

                        > I wish we had pirated books like we have pirated CDs here... Since there's nothing illegal about recommending a newsgroup, here goes: alt.binaries.ebook*.* PDF and CHM-galore (among other formats) on a good day. Doesn't take long to fill a whole CD worth.
