Raisin Bran Cereal with a banana. That's usually after an hour of running or biking. Then later in the morning after a couple of hours of work, I'll have a snack like a toasted bagel with lettuce and tomato or sometimes non-fat yogourt with an apple or an orange. Usually the largest meal of the day, ideally what most people eat for dinner. Then progressively less as the day goes by followed finally by a salad and maybe some bread and cheeses in the evening. Eating the largest meal of the day at the end of the day is incredibly backwards to what the body needs, leads to fatness, bad sleep, lack of energy in the day etc etc etc.
