My choice is that I want to overcome this fear. What is in your mind when the plane is shaking??

Nope, although flying over Afghanistan in November 2003 (Heathrow-Bangkok) was a little unnerving! :~ Anna :rose: Currently working mostly on: Visual Lint  Anna's Place | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up. No, I love to fly. I even like airline food. If you are afraid of flying then ask the person next to you if they don't mind you talking to them during the rough bits. Channel your nervousness into talk. Hopefully the person sitting next to you is compassionate and will listen. regards, Paul Watson Ireland FeedHenry needs you

I wouldn't have thought so. I guess those are just normal scheduled routes. To be honest I was equally uneasy about flying over the Middle East. I wouldn't be at all welcome there either. ;) Anna :rose: Currently working mostly on: Visual Lint  Anna's Place | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up.
