No, I love to fly. I even like airline food. If you are afraid of flying then ask the person next to you if they don't mind you talking to them during the rough bits. Channel your nervousness into talk. Hopefully the person sitting next to you is compassionate and will listen. regards, Paul Watson Ireland FeedHenry needs you

I wouldn't have thought so. I guess those are just normal scheduled routes. To be honest I was equally uneasy about flying over the Middle East. I wouldn't be at all welcome there either. ;) Anna :rose: Currently working mostly on: Visual Lint  Anna's Place | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up. Alot of people made plans before the war . . . like George Zip. It was at that moment that I first realized Elaine had doubts about our relationship. And that as much as anything else led to my drinking problem We did come back to the states, I tried a number of jobs . . . well, I could go on for hours, but I would probably start to bore you. I really couldn't blame Elaine... she wanted a career. _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau. Talk about things of tomorrow and the mice in the ceiling laugh. My choice is that I want to overcome this fear. What is in your mind when the plane is shaking??

"Well, if this thing really does fall apart, at least the death will be instanteneous." I suppose it's an unorthodox view, but seriously, if the plane is shaking and you seriously think there is something wrong with it, there are only two possible outcomes, either you get to your destination in one piece or you die. There is absolutely nothing you can do to affect the outcome either way, so all you can do is sit, relax, and enjoy the ride. Of course that comes from a person who is not afraid of flying.
