I tried getting into kickboxing, weightlifting and running in the past year and I grew tired of all of them. So far, cycling seems to be the most promising for me. I can ride socially as well as solo. It's also the only activity I enjoyed enough to quit smoking for. It's been 12 days. :)

Bummer. I think with a properly fitting bike you may find the pain will go away. I could be wrong though.

That's one town I've always wanted to visit. Some friends went down to Tybee Is. recently and took some photos of Savannah as well. Looks like a beautiful town.

I'm sure it's coming along nicely. I really liked your new white wolf flute. Very cool. I can hardly be judgmental of anyone learning an instrument, just ask my neighbors how my guitar playing is. :rolleyes:

uh huh.... you asked for it.... Please note that Midnight Snow was recorded less than 3 months after getting my first flute.
