Actually, I can pick one of many, from the emails I get from outsourcing agencies soliciting my business. Marc

I usually listen to Enya or I listen to some trance internet radio using iTunes or WinAmp. I'm more of a Gun's and Roses type of guy, but I just can't listen to that while working, it's too distracting. Maybe some soft tunes from Led Zepelin would work :)

Classical music when coding; baroque when I need to focus on something and isolate from the rest of the world. Everything (except heavy metal/acid/house) when writing docs or doing someting else.

Anything from theSTARt, Guano Apes or Tsunami Bomb, Noir Desir, System of a Down, Linkin Park, Fort Minor, Ex-Girl, Annalisa, Jin Susuki, Negramaro or Coma (Romania). And, even if I don't really like this kind of music, anything trance or tehno with fast rithms and as little voice as possible. My favourites, though are "Inner Universe", from the Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex soundtrack and "Path Vol2" by Apocaliptica with Sandra Nasic.
