I posted this below, but you should try belly dancing. My other half teaches it and it's pretty miraculous how it works the muscles of the abdomen and hips and whatever.

I sat in on a girlfriend's flamenco class. That was extremely difficult. I don't recommend attending any dancing classes along with a girlfriend. :-O

my bad...but it's a great trick at parties! especially when I balance the right way and walk on my hands. trouble though by the time I get requests for the trick I've had too much to drink to balance myself.

I can do kicks and punches with enough precision so that the blow will feel like a slight touch. But dancing without stomping on the other's toes? Impossible... I don't think I'd be welcome after the first lesson. :-D

A website, no. She teaches classes locally but we're in Switzerland. I'm still trying to convince her that I'm serious about learning the "dance of the 7 veils", but I'm not making much progress at the moment. She maintains it is much better to learn one-on-one as it is difficult to convey the subtle movements, etc... in a video or text format. (She told me to add that) She also told me to add that it really helps with the birthing process.
